HOW MANY DAYS UNTIL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. In peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, Back to School, etc.) please allow for up to 3 business days for dispatch! We will send you an email letting you know as soon as it has been sent.

 

HOW MANY DAYS UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER!

We are shipping 24/7 from our warehouse to keep up with the demand. 

USA: The majority of the orders arrive in 7-12 business days.

International: The majority of the orders arrive in 12-20 business days.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

After your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking information! You can track your order HERE.

 

      INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

      International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size! We do not take responsibility for customs fees!

      LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

      "Racing Backpacks" is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, "Racing Backpacks" will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

       

      LATE DELIVERY

      Orders must pass through local postal services before they are sent out of delivery. This means that orders can get caught up in either customs or at the local sorting office near your location. Orders may be delayed by up to 5 business days due to delays within its postal journey, but this is something very unlikely and unusual, 99% of the orders arrive on time.

       

      ORDER NEVER ARRIVED

      If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know! First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we can reship the product, but you will be responsible to pay the shipping fees. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at support@racingbackpacks.com starting with your order number, after we ship the second package a person from our team will send you new tracking information.
