Is the Racing Backpacks website safe to make purchases on?

Yes, all transactions on our site are securely processed through a PCI compliant network and we use Authorize and PayPal as our merchant account providers. Your credit card information is kept private and not shared with anyone.

 

Do you offer any warranty or return policy on your racing backpacks?

Yes, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website. 

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. We, however, do not accept complimentary e-mails asking for freebies, sorry!

 

Do you have any Days Off?

Yes, we do not work on Sundays and holidays, but you can still place an order and it will be fulfilled immediately on the next business day.

Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days, in some peak periods, it may take up to 3 days for dispatch. We will send you an email confirmation once it has been sent.

 

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

In general, orders within the USA will arrive within 7-12 days, and international orders will arrive within 12-20 days.

 

I would like to return my order, what is the process?

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. If you wish to return all or some of your products, please email us at support@racingbackpacks.com for further instructions. We will provide you with a store credit or guide you through the process of returning your order. Please refer to our Refund Policy for additional details.

 

Can I change my order?

Yes, you can change your order as long as it hasn't been dispatched yet. Please contact us and we will be happy to make the changes for you. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be changed.


Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after it was placed.


What if my order is stolen?

Racing Backpacks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for the order. We will provide the delivery confirmation, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for you to investigate if you inquire about a missing package.

 

Are all of the products in my order sent together?

Yes, all products will be sent together.


I didn't receive any confirmation for my order, what's going on?

If you didn't receive a confirmation email, it could be due to mistyping your email address or using a secondary email address that you forgot about. You can contact us with the correct name you used in your order, and we will update your email address and re-send the confirmation email.


I received two email confirmations, was I charged twice?

No, you were not charged twice. We send two emails to ensure that our customers receive the order confirmation in their inbox.
